By MIKE LEVIN

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WBNG) - The Notre Dame girls basketball team clinched their first trip to the state final four Saturday in 14 years, by beating Oneonta 50-44 in the Class B regionals at the Binghamton University Events Center.  It was a rematch of last year's regional, won 57-52 by the Yellow Jackets.

Oneonta led by two at the half, but the Jugglers went on a run in the third quarter, taking a 37-25 lead heading to the fourth.  The Yellow Jackets went on a final run, led by St. Bonaventure bound Mariah Ruff, who had a game high 22 points.

But Ruff's AAU teammate and future Iowa State guard, Emily Durr and her Notre Dame teammates held on for the win.  Durr finished with 19 points.

Notre Dame (20-3), the #2 ranked Class B team in the state, advances to meet #4 Tamarac (21-2), in the state semis, Friday, March 15 at 11:45 a.m. from HVCC.
