Whitesboro comes back to beat Notre Dame


WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Whitesboro Lady Warriors got their biggest scare of the season thus far. After trailing by eight at the half, the Warriors rallied for a 63-57 win on Friday night.

Jen Deuel led Whitesboro with 18 points. Francesca Cotrupe chipped in 12 while Allie Cady scored 13. The Lady Warriors are now 16-0 overall, 12-0 in the TVL.

Notre Dame, who led 32-24 at the half, was outscored 21-12 in the third quarter. Emily Durr led all scorers with 27 points. The Lady Jugglers drop to 12-3 overall, 9-2 in the league.
