Boys Basketball:NY Mills honored by Oneida County Legislature

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The accolades continue roll in for the NY Mills boys basketball team. The 2011 Class D State Champions were honored by the Oneida County Legislature on Wednesday night.

Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente proclaimed March 30th "New York Mills Champions Day". The Marauders beat Coleman Catholic to capture their second state title, the first coming in 1982.

The county also created a sign that honors both teams and will be posted in NY Mills.
