Oneida Tops Notre Dame On A Kramer Buzzer Beater
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Oneida Indians started off fast and finished off in dramatic fashion on Friday. Ryan Kramer hit a two pointer as the buzzer sounded to beat Notre Dame 68-67.
The Jugglers, now 12-4 overall adn 8-2 in the league, started off sluggish while Oneida was solid. The Indians used an 11-0 run to give them a 12 point lead after the first quarter. Notre Dame made a run to get back into it keyed by the return of Matt Petrone who left the game in the first quarter with a cut on his chin. The Juggler run tied it at 36 at the half.
But it was Kramer finding a way to get a shot off as the buzzer sounded to help his team to their 12th victory of the season. He finished with 23 points. David Cieri chipped in 18 for the Indians. Pat Moore had 23 points in the loss for Notre Dame.
