ONEIDA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Ryan Kramer still has plenty of games left as an Oneida Indian with basketball and baseball. On Wednesday, he officially laid out his future as a Colgate Raider, signing his paperwork to join the football team.

With his parents and sister surrounding him, Kramer made his verbal commitment official on national signing day, becoming the second Indian to play Division I football. John Lanzafame was a wide receiver at Harvard. He graduated from Oneida in 2002.

This past season, Kramer led Oneida to its first-ever state championship game as a quarterback but given his superior athleticism, he'll likely be a wide receiver and return man at Colgate.

He has an excellent chance get playing time as a freshman.
