Poland Boys Pull Away To Slip Past Richfield Springs

POLAND, N.Y. (WKTV) - With the regular season starting to run out, the Poland boys basketball team pulled out a league victory on Saturday 73-64 over Center State Conference Division IV rival Richfield Springs.

Poland led by 10 early in the second quarter, but a 15-5 Richfield Springs run tied it at 29.  The Tornados went ahead 37-32 at halftime and hung on for the win.

Harrison Rosenburgh led Poland with 30 points while Tate Coe contributed 16.  Kyle Bridger led Richfield Springs with 18 points.

The victory improves Poland to 4-9 overall and 4-3 in league play; Richfield Springs drops to 3-8 (1-3).
