Two sets of TVL rivals split Friday games

WKTV - In Friday night's High School basketball action, two sets of Tri-Valley League rivals split games.  The Proctor boys beat RFA 72-45, while the RFA girls topped Proctor 49-40.  The New Hartford boys defeated Whitesboro 40-35, while the Whitesboro girls beat NH 48-43.

At Proctor, the Raider boys were led by Tyvon Reed's 28 points and 13 rebounds, as well as J'Von Evans, who had 19 points, eight steals and six assists.  Proctor improves to 3-1 on the season, 3-0 in the TVL, while RFA fell to 3-3.

At New Hartford, the Spartan boys won a defensive struggle, with Mark Chanatry leading the Spartans (3-3) with 10 points.  Luke Moore led the Warriors (3-3) with 10 points.
