Sauquoit Lady Indians remain unbeaten with a win over Madison

SAUQUOIT VALLEY, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Sauquoit Valley girls soccer team continued their quest for a perfect regular season with a 5-0 win over Madison in the first round of the Sauquoit Valley Sports Boosters Soccer Tournament.

Kelsey Hogel scored twice for the Lady Indians, who improved to 15-0 overall. Michelle George, Cassandra Malek and Amanda Orsino also scored for Sauquoit. They are ranked 6th in the state in Class C.

Sauquoit will face the winner of Westmoreland and Ilion who play on Friday. The final is set for Saturday at 4pm.
