H.S. Baseball:Sauquoit hands Brookfield first loss of season

SAUQUOIT VALLEY, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Sauquoit Valley Indians topped Brookfield 18-0 in a non-league game on Friday.

Both teams were looking for a final game before sectional pairings are announced on Sunday. Sauquoit, now 14-2, got an outstanding performance from Mark Martin. He was 5-5 with six RBI's and two home runs. Aaron LoPiccolo pitched six innings of two hit baseball.

With the loss, Brookfield, likely a top seed in Class D, drops to 15-1.
