Waterville girls end regular season with 10th straight win

SAUQUOIT VALLEY, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Waterville girls beat Sauquoit 65-45 on Tuesday night to finish 14-4 on the regular season.

The first quarter was close with the visiting lady Indians up five. In the second, an 8-0 run by Sauquoit cut Waterville's lead to two. However a 14-2 run broke the game open for Waterville. They led 39-22 at the half and never looked back. Katie Buell scored 12 points to lead the way with Nicole Eisenhut adding 11 points. The team as a whole scored nine three pointer on the night. It was Waterville's 10th straight win. They finish 8-2 on the season.

Alicia Wheelock scored 13 points for Sauquoit, who dropped to 4-13.
