Bulldogs use second half surge to beat Frankfort


FRANKFORT, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Westmoreland boys basketball team had a tough time putting away Frankfort, but ultimately earned a 78-58 victory on the road.  The game was tied, 33-33 at the half, but the Bulldogs dominated the second half to get the win.

Westmoreland had two players with double-doubles, Jason Colburn (30 points, 19 rebounds) and Dan DeCarlo (17 points, 10 rebounds).

Dylan Todd led the way for Frankfort, scoring 18, while Joe Cooper added 17.

The Bulldogs have lost just one game this year (8-1), to state ranked West Canada Valley.
