Whitesboro completes huge comeback vs. NH

WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Whitesboro boys basketball team came back from a huge halftime deficit to beat rival New Hartford 44-39 Tuesday night.  The Warriors trailed 28-11 at the break, but outscored the Spartans 33-11 in the second half.

The Warriors won their seventh straight game and ninth in their last ten, to improve to 12-4 this season, 5-4 in the Tri-Valley League.  T.J. Borza led Whitesboro with 16 points.  The Warriors will visit Proctor Friday.

New Hartford fell to 5-10 on the season, 3-6 in the TVL.  Mark Chanatry led the Spartans with 14 points.  New Hartford will go to Oneida Friday.
