The New Hartford Spartans came out making a statement: It's still our title! Playing man-to-man defense, the Spartans shot out of the gate en route to a 67-45 win. Reggie German scored the first six points of the game as New Hartford never trailed. He finished with 20 points.

Whitesboro was able to cut the lead to four in the first quarter but trailed by nine after one. The Spartans then outscored the Warriors 17-7 in the second quarter. Mike Kelly led the way with 26 points. Next up for the Spartans is the winner of Fowler and J-D next Sunday in the Class A Final.
