Season tickets for the Utica Yard Dogs semi-pro football team are now on sale.  More than 100 have been sold so far.  Tickets can be purchased at Babes, Parkway Pizza or The Venue, or by calling the Yard Dogs office at 796-0700.Tickets can be purchased at Babe's, Parkway Pizza, The Venue, or by calling the Yard Dogs office at 796-0700.
The Yard Dogs' inaugural home opener is Saturday, July 26th at D'Alessando Stadium in Utica against Rochester at 7:00, with a fireworks show scheduled to follow the game.  The team opens the season on the road at Glove Cities on July 12th.
Utica's home schedule is as follows, with all games starting at 7:00:
July 19 Rochester
July 29 Long Island
Aug. 2 St. Lawrence
Sept. 13 Buffalo
Sept. 27 Southern Tier
