Top Six at 6: January 27, 2014

#6 - Whitesboro-NH hockey Thursday.  The shot by Matt Morreale of the Warriors deflected off the back board, but right back to him and he pokes it in for the goal.  Spartans though won 5-3.

#5 - The first of four straight on Friday night, RFA Hockey hosting Mohawk Valley.  Cameron Mecca goes through his legs, then around all the defenders for the goal.  Black Knights also winning by a final of 5-3.

#4 - Hartwick at UC men's hoops.  Kyle Bradley with the spin move and finger roll for the hoop.  Hawks won it 93-82.

#3 - Notre Dame girls at Whitesboro.  Emily Durr, the McDonald's All-American nominee, behind the back, then hits for two of her 27 points as the Jugglers won 61-25.

#2 - Same two schools in boys hoops that night, but from Notre Dame.  Jerome Brabham with the Gandalf award for the YOU shall not pass moment, possibly of the year for that block!  Warriors though won 63-52.

#1 - History at NY Mills Thursday as Nick Comenale, gets the hoop and the harm and his 1,000th career point.  He's the first Marauder in 25 years to get to 1,000 in just three varsity seasons!
