UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police Chief Dan LaBella reacted Saturday to the double stabbing and simultaneous double shooting at "The Bogie" nightclub.
LaBella said he was looking to sanctions that the police could put on the nightclub and said "they need to step up to the plate." He said that the establishment needs to take responsibility for its patrons.
