**Severe thunderstorm watch in effect Central New York until 9pm. 

Muggy again tonight with scattered thunderstorms.  Lows in the lower 60s.

Scattered thunderstorms are a good bet again tomorrow afternoon.  More widespread rain is likely Thursday as a cold front swings through and cooler and refreshing conditions are slated to arrive for Friday and the Holiday Weekend.
