ONEIDA, LEWIS, MADISON

Showers and thunderstorms developing in Western New York are expected to impact the region early this afternoon.  This line will arrive in two waves.  The first wave is expected to be heavy rain, with some wind.  This is not the line of concern.  The second line will arrive this afternoon, between 2-4PM.  This line of showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing winds in excess of 60mph along with heavy rain.
