Herkimer County road re-open

HERKIMER COUNTY, N.Y. (WKTV) - State Route 168 between Route 28 in Mohawk to Casey Road in German Flatts back open, according to New York State Police.

State Police say they closed down the road Sunday afternoon due to icy conditions and a severed utility pole.
