We got home the other day from target shooting, and as we were carrying things in, my husband told me to grab the camera, because I'd want a pic of this. I can't tell you how grossed right out I was when I saw this 'THING'. does anyone have a clue as to what it might be? I for one think it's a 'Mutant Caterpillar', that may turn into 'MOTHRA'...I'm kidding. Either way, we thought it was neat, so I'm sending it in, and if anyone really does know what it is, let us know...we're quite curious to find out.

That may be a Tussok Moth caterpillar, but not positive. I have some similar ones here, near Little Falls but they are white. I think the white ones are Hickory Tussok Moths.
