The 3rd Annual Utica Music & Arts Fest September 16-18, 2010, is a 3 day music and arts festival held in Utica, NY. The festival will showcase some of the best unsigned bands and talent in the world, along with the city’s hottest artists, foods and attractions.

Over 250 performers will showcase their music in bars, clubs, pubs and restaurants all over the city.
