About 12:45 this afternoon, I'm in the middle of cooking my Thanksgiving dinner when I heard a loud noise outside. I went to my front door to see a rather large doe standing in front of my porch. Before I knew it, she was back on the run, through my back yard heading towards 6th Ave. I ran for the camera but she was gone too fast. I did, however, get a few pics of what she did to the neighbors fence, and a few very incriminating hoof prints. Before I knew it she was gone. I had to share this story as we don't usually see deer roaming 7th Ave, and the funniest part of the story is, that my husband was off hunting!!! Poor guy. HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
