Utica - The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter NYSARC was awarded a gift of $500 from TOPS Market at the grand opening of their new store in Rome on September 8, 2010. The agency was one of three local organizations selected to receive a donation in honor of the event. The donation will help support Arc programs and services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The grand opening event was attended by Mayor James Brown, Senator Chuck Shumer, Assemblywoman Ro Ann Destito and several TOPS corporate executives.
