Sinkhole again. 2nd one in 3 years

After road is resurfaced, sinkhole showed up shortly after. City repaired sinkhole which is still sinking.We notified the city 2-3 weeks ago because the original sinkhole was still sinking. They said they would look at it and we havent seen or heard anything from them yet. A new sinkhole has shown up next to the original sinkhole repair. We called DPW on January 1rst 2011 and was told that they couldnt get anyone here until monday. What do we pay the DPW for?
