After the story about Apollo became public, I decided I was sick and tired of hearing about animal abuse and the abusers getting away with it. I have written a petition and named it Apollo's law and am hoping to get NY to adopt tougher laws on animal abuse. Please sign this and spread the word so that others can sign it, too!
