Why? Why not, I say! A thirteen year old girl and her grandfather sculpted this master piece this afternoon. She's been wanting to do this all winter and the perfect snow finally arrived. In her standard monotonous nieghborhood, someone had to jazz it up! I think Frostyhas met his girl! A pineapple was used on the head and the bikini is made of spray paint. I'd say this creation was a win!
