What to do with all this snow?? Rick Owens and his children Trevor and Danielle decided to bring alittle bit of Alaska living to their backyard in Westmoreland NY. The kids started helping Dad make an Igloo but before they could finish both kids became sick, so after a hard day of work Dad finished the Igloo in the dark while Trevor and Danielle cheered him on from inside. The kids were so excited to see what it was like to be inside a Igloo so their Mom bundled them up for a quick trip outside to see how the eskimos live.

I posted this story today because the smiles on Trevor and Danielle say it all. They are 2 beautiful kids with 2 wonderful parents. We made snow tunnels as a kid but I would of loved to have had an igloo like this when I was there age.

What a great Dad! And what gorgeous kids. I hope they feel well enough, and the weather warms slightly, so that they can play in their new igloo.

I see this story under the "wild weather contest", hopefully the kids will win, cause this shows what can be done with all the wild winter weather we have had this past winter. Looks like great family fun!!!
