I was checking on springs progress. I couldn't help, but notice how much snow has melted away. I took these pictures of the Mohawk Valley Yesterday on Paradise Rd. Paradise Rd. runs from southern little Falls up a hill called by area residents Fall Hill. It's a special area, because at night you can see both Herkimer and Little Falls all lit up. The first picture is looking west up the Valley. The secound picture is looking more northwest at a ridge in the background. That's the western wall of the kuyahoora Valley which merges with the Mohawk Valley. I'm sorry I just love calling the valley, where the West Canada Creek flows, the Kuyahoora Valley. The third picture is looking at northern Little Falls. Notice the fields are becoming bare.
