No news so far has covered the flooding of hinkley resevoir. The water is so high that you can barely recognize the concrete pillars that are a known piece of hinkley. The water is so high that it is rushing over the dam like Niagara falls.The residents here are lucky so far that they have not loss many roads to the flooding water as in new york mills and utica.
