These are pictures and video taken Friday morning at 7:30 of the aftermath of Poland's flood last week. The flood waters had receded one and a half feet by the time these picture were taken. The photos are of images from the rt.8/ 28 bridge heading south along Rt.28 to the bridge entering Poland. These photos include Sunny Island, Nice N Easy, West Canada Creek Village, West Canada Creek Campsites as well as Creek view Auto and The Blue Anchor Restaurant. A few people affected most by this flood have decided to move after having dealt with the same flood in 2006'. There are many good people that live in our town and it hurts to see them get hurt like this but we also come together in moments like these and help when we can.
