This Foxhound showed up on Rose Valley Rd. in Newport on July 9th, purple collar, very friendly.

No, I have not located the owner yet. I have been keeping her fed and watered. She is very nice, but I hope to be able to get her back home. I have also hung signs in the area hoping that will help.
