I was looking out my back window 2 my surprise that Lincoln Ave between Sunset Ave and Noyes St was really flooded. Even the upper part of Lincoln Ave from Noyes to Oswego St was also flooded. The sewers werent handling all the water that was running down Lincoln Ave...
