Driving home from work on 09/7/11. I had to take many detours due to the flooding and road closings. Driving around i saw a lady walking throught the Joe Tehans/Harbor Freight parking lot in waist high water. Little futher down the road at Steet Toyota on Commercial drive i see there whole parking lot full about about two feet of water. A car almost half was submerged...woww
