Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency staff have Zumba every Thursday at the River Road office with instructors from the Utica Zumba Crew. A staff person has a sister who is a cancer suvivor. In honor of her the class dressed in PINK to help support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
