For the past 12 years Don Decker and his team of Percherons have brought Santa into the center of Oneonta. Santa is the last part of the parade and the families cheer and the eyes of the little ones get so big, first seeing the big horses and then there he is Santa Claus with Mrs. Claus and the evles.
