After being found wandering the streets and brought to the Herkimer County Humane Society, Sofrito found a home with us in 2010. Thin and sickly with mange, we nursed him back to health. He had been unattended after being hit by a car and though he walks and runs on three legs, he is impossible to catch! He is loving and friendly to all who visit and when you can't find him it is because he has burrowed himself in piles of clothing always needing to be warm.He makes us laugh when we want to cry, especially when we dress him in doggy outfits! This was our first full year with him and we can't imagine life without him.
