In Memory of Corporal John P. Sigsbee of Waterville who died January 16 in Iraq, we are asking our viewers to submit comments as a tribute to him. CLICK ADD A COMMENT to leave your memories and messages.
John Sigsbee's mother requested that in her son's memory that we all support the troops. I don't know anyone that doesn't support the troops. Does supporting the troops mean that we have to support George W. Bush' decision to go to war?
John has been in my thoughts and prayers since he went to Iraq. Now my prayers are with his mom and dad.
My prayers and thoughts are with John Sigbee's family and Friends. He was a true HERO!!!

John I'll never forget you and all the good times we had growing up together. You were more than just a neighbor, you were a true friend. I will miss you greatly, but I'll always have the memories. You're a true hero, then, now, and forever.

John i never had the time to know you as well as i would have i put on your cevlar vest the first time you were attacked your mother was so proud to show what a strong man you are you are i felt the burn holes and thought,he will contiue on forever48

As I observe the 40th anniversary of our brother's death in Viet Nam I can only say that we know the grief and pain the Sigsbee family is enduring at this time. Know that all of you as well as John are in our prayers. God bless you all.
