I took this video and these photos during a small pop-up hailstorm over east Utica when the cold front came through at around 7:30pm this evening, 04/04/2012. The sky had a weird yellowish hue to it, and the white streaks you see aren't clouds, but rather the pea-size hail falling....there's also a rainbow in there.
