My cat was hit by a car on Friday, June 27th on Rutger St. just near Albany St. in Utica. A friend saw what happened and told us that a woman hit him then she waited for a while, wrapped him in a towel and put him in her car. I don’t blame her for what happened but I would like to know what happened and where he is now. He was very special to me and I need to have some closure and answers. Anyone that saw what happened or has any info. Please reply to or call 315-735-3733. Thank you.
