This ditch is located at the bottom of Red Hill Rd in Chadwicks. These pictures were taken AFTER the worst of the storm was over. Everytime we get a heavy rain it overflows washing away people's driveways and flooding basements. Flood insurance is not required here (as it should not be), yet we have flooding issues due to a DITCH that does not get cleaned out. I dont know if it is the Town of New Hartford or the Counties, but all they need to do is clean up the ditches once a year. From, Peeved in Chadwicks
