Special Agent Fred Duckwing (Shadow C. LaValley) is in the beginning stages of an investigation into a suspicious accident based in a small town in Central New York. Three key witnesses (Billy, Jack, & Colt P. Jasper) who were there the night of the accident are pulled in for questioning along with another witness and possible suspect (Joey). While going through the interrogations, we start to see Fred's own past with his daughter Molly (Helena Banks) come up along with a suspicious man named Sid Turner. All being interrupted periodically by a suspicious looking police officer. With all the interrogations, fuzzy flashbacks, and suspicious characters coming to life, a question emerges for Fred, who is this case really about?
