Local Author Dorothy Stacy, visited Herkimer Farmers' Market on Thursday for a book sale and signing co-sponsored by the market and Frank J. Basloe Library. Mrs. Stacy donated a signed copy of her fifth Erie Canal Cousins book to "the children of Herkimer" for the library and presented Cat Macera, manager of the market and winner of a library contest, with a signed copy of the first book in the series.
