I was driving the Circuit city delivery vehicle on rte 5s and came upon this scenario within a few moments after the accident. I took the picture from the vehicle with my cell phone. The guy laying on the ground flat i believe was the driver of the milk tanker. As you can see there were people there helping, however there were no police or rescue personnel there as yet. I drove around the tanker which was blocking 3/4 of the road and leaking what I thought was milk (later confirmed) and saw the red van on the other side demolished. The road was littered with vehicle parts which I had to avoid. I stopped my vehicle to get out and see if there was anything I could do, however 2 state troopers then pulled up to the scene and waived me to continue down the road. As I continued down 5 I then saw multiple rescue vehicles en-route to the scene.
