On one of the most beautiful April weekends anyone could ask for, my boyfriend and I chose to get outside and explore some of the gorgeous state parks of western New York. Watkins Glen and Taughannock Falls State Parks are two places that every New York State resident should put on their "to do" list! With gas prices and other financial burdens keeping people close to home, it's a great time to visit some of the treasures of the empire state!
