You are wrong! It is a singing contest. Americu Search for a singer: singers can choose to perform however they wish. I think all the contestants did great, with or without guitars. Plus, this contestant can sing!

Youv'e got to be kidding me. She can't hold her pitch especially in the upper register. I thought I heard dogs howl! I think she is more of a Karen Carpenter type. Stick to something you can sing!
Please!She needs to stick to songs she can handle like Karen Carpenter. I thought I heard dogs howl! When I heard her on the Keeler show I cringed. She couldn't hit the high notes. I thought the young girl was much better.

I have been to all the auditions and somehow people seem to forget that these singers are doing great as they are not professionals w/back up sound engineering. Lets applaud them and not dish them and have fun and support them....

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't this karaoke? The guitar needs to be dropped. Seems that guitars alone don't do justice without a backup band
