Oneida Madison BOCES students are getting hands on experience for a month as they help blaze a new trail at the The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter's Day Camp in Frankfort. About 30 Juniors and Seniors in the Environmental Conservation program, under the direction of teacher Keith Joslin, are volunteering to bring Don White's design plan to life. Don, was hired by the Arc for his expertise in universal design, which focuses on complete accessibility for people with disabilities.
