A car erupted into flames at about noon today just off the arterial on Court Street. Emergency personnal were quickly on the scene and extinguished the burning vehicle within minutes. The driver was apparently traveling southbound on the Arterial when the it caught fire. The driver of the vehicle pulled onto Court Street where police and fire crews shut down this section of Court Street temporarily.
