I dropped of my son at SUNY IT yesterday and happen across DOT workers taking down a tree. My son needed to go the the library there and just outside the entrance in the circle there are 3 handicap parking spots. Well 2 of the 3 spots were filled with DOT trucks! Meanwhile the parking lot where they should have parking was probably a extra 50-100 feet from the spot they were working at. Being a person with a bad back and approved for handicap parking, I find this embarassing for healthy(?) DOT workers the need to use these spots!

If you have noticed they had the parking lot blocked off because they cut a tree down as you can see in the back round if you would have went to the library with your son you would have been able to read the signs they had
