As I took this picture (I should have done a video), the cloud that was sticking way down (I think it was a wall cloud) was beginning to show signs of rotation, before it moved away.

Most likely a rotating thunderstorm cell and at the time time the conditions were probably favorable for tornadic thunderstorms.
