My husband and I were out on the front porch in Ilion around 7:00 p.m. when I noticed the cloud above our house was rotating counter clockwise. It moved very slowely and it lasted approximately 1-1 1/2 minutes before the wind blew the cloud away. The clouds were moving fast and furious in some aspect. The higher clouds were moving in a northeast direction, the lower clouds were moving east and the clouds in between were moving south. It was nothing my husband or I had seen before but it was amazing!!
